Google Voice alternative?

Ice been using Google Voice since it was Grand Central a bazillion years ago. It’s the most useful Google service I have. Which is the problem. I don’t want to have to worry about losing an important point of contact because some douche reported a YouTube comment and I crossed some invisible line that gets all my Google services killed.

Is there any alternative to Google Voice? I don’t need international calling. I don’t even need desktop calling. If I can just port my GV number over and have the new service forward calls and act as a voicemail system I’d be happy.

Halp?
