How can you stay relatively private online without sacrificing convenience?

Currently, I’m piggybacking off someone else’s NordVPN account, have Privacy Badger, HTTPS Everywhere, & Ublock Origin installed on Firefox, and have all the privacy settings offered by Google & iPhone’s Safari fine and dandy. All of which protect my privacy and is practically invisible to my day to day internet usage.

Can we fill this thread with other additions to privacy without being a pain(ie no slowass Tor, Linex installment, etc.)? I think it’d help me and a lot of people out, thanks.
