If I use Cookie AutoDelete, will I still be able to have Firefox remember my passwords?

I’ve decided to create a second Firefox profile for when I want to be logged into certain sites automatically. I understand that enabling permanent private browsing mode, which I do on my default profile, makes it so that passwords cannot be saved by Firefox, so I’ve accepted that this will have to be turned off. What about other privacy addons and settings though? I’d like to still have some of my privacy addons and settings enabled, but I’m not sure which ones will break the autofill password functionality. Can I still run things like Cookie AutoDelete? What addons and settings should I look out for that will break this functionality?
