Online Git Repo without Real Name/Email Addres…

I am looking to start a online git repo for some scripts (bash/shell, PowerShell, batch, vbs, etc) and MS Office macros (VBA). My goal is simply to make them available to others and possibly to have others contribute to them and make them better. I am not a programmer and do not have my head wrapped around git really (so pardon my ignorance on how it works).I have looked at GitLab and Bit Bucket as I was trying to avoid Github since MS acquired them. However both seem to require name and email address to signup for and my understanding is both get attached in some way to your activity making them publicly visible.I found this at Github and it seems like they can prevent the email address from being seen publicly in the repo/activity by using a publicly facing alias like @users.noreply.github.com. They also dont seem to require a name.My primary concern here is avoiding spam from having my email connected in any publicly visible way to the git repo I use. Additionally I see no reason my real name should be required/visible either.I understand I could myself use a fake name and even a fake or additional email address, but I would rather use a platform (again online, not self hosted) in which I can accomplish my goals without having to jump through hoops to keep myself from being spammed. Is Github a reasonable option considering my desire to keep my real name and real email address private? Am I just ignorant to how git works and this is unavoidable? If none of the 3 sites I mention meet the criteria, is there another site or even a non-git type site that will accomplish my goals? Thanks
