With the Exodus Tool you can check your apps for trackers in their source code. For example the Mixcloud app has the following trackers:Trackers in the application: ComScoreFacebook AdsFacebook AnalyticsFacebook LoginFacebook PlacesFacebook ShareFlurryGoogle AdsGoogle AnalyticsGoogle CrashLyticsGoogle DoubleClickGoogle Firebase AnalyticsInmobiMParticleSource: https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/reports/7599/“A tracker is a piece of software meant to collect data about you or your usages. We do not guarantee the exhaustiveness of this list.” (From the Exodus site)Now, I do not know what all of these trackers are doing. But although for example I am not associated with Facebook, that extensive list concerns me and I wonder what Facebook does with my usage of that app.Can anyone explain to me what the privacy implication of these trackers are, and what I could do to protect myself against that? Thanks.
