Where can I get a modern “DumbTV” and/or an op…

Thanks.

So ive been talking to a dude on discord who unknowlingly actually hates my guts and he sent me a grabify link I clicked without a proxy on. Afterwards he told me my IP and he said he will dox me. Online I read on some forums that its impossible to dox with just IP, on others I read that its possible to ISP dox for exact location, how likely is that? Thanks in advance for help
